IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.

Security: Home Banking Site

Security of member information is a prime goal.  To make access to your account information even more secure, we have adopted new security measure.  Two Factor security gives you peace of mind that when you log in you have not been directed to a "copy cat" site designed to record you account number and password.  The use of the "confidence word" before entering your password will indicate that you are on the actual site.  Also, when you log in from a different computer (other than your main computer) you will be prompted to answer the test questions you assigned.  This type of security is becoming the standard and will be seen on other sites soon.
